Our Haus Gertrud was built in 1936 by my grandparents Gertrud und Josef Fahrner as a Bed & Breakfast. In 1986 my parents Karin and Ludwig Strolz took it over and since 2005 it is in our hands, Sabine and Siggi Schmid. Which means our house is now 3 generations long family owned.
2016 we completely renovated and rebuilt the house to have it up to date to todays standards. We always had our guests in mind and wanted to make their stay unforgettable and perfect.
We are very proud of our past and want to invite you to have a look at the original house as my grandparents built it. Some documents from this time are still intact and we want to share them with the world.
